		There are two ways to receive technical support for InBoxer: 1. Knowledge Base Search our entire site, including our extensive set of FAQs, for an immediate result anytime of the day or night. 2. Email support Use our built-in support system to directly contact our expert team. From Windows, select START -> PROGRAMS -> INBOXER OUTLOOK ADDIN -> EMAIL TECHNICAL SUPPORT as shown below: This is an excellent option because it automatically attaches critical log files that will help us understand the problem you are having.


	Minimum System Requirements


		InBoxer for Outlook requires Microsoft Outlook version 2000, 2002, XP or 2003 on a PC using Microsoft Windows 98, 2000, NT4, Me or XP. InBoxer supports PCs using Microsoft Exchange (including the Blackberry Enterprise Server for Exchange), POP3, IMAP, Hotmail, MSN Mail and multiple profiles. At least 20MB of free disk space is needed for installation, and 10MB thereafter for running the InBoxer application. Inboxer does not support Outlook Express.
