What is the trial period?

You may use InBoxer for 21 days prior to purchasing the product. InBoxer is fully functional during the trial period and may be used without limitations (subject to the End User License Agreement). Each time Outlook is started during the trial period, you will be asked if you want to activate InBoxer. Just click Cancel until you purchase the product.

If your license period expires before you activate InBoxer, InBoxer will stop filtering mail. The InBoxer buttons and selected InBoxer menu items will be gray (grayed out) and unavailable for use.

Even if the license period should expire, all of your training data and setup information remains safe. Should you purchase InBoxer and enter the activation key after installation, filtering will resume as before.

		There are two ways to receive technical support for InBoxer: 1. Knowledge Base Search our entire site, including our extensive set of FAQs, for an immediate result anytime of the day or night. 2. Email support Use our built-in support system to directly contact our expert team. From Windows, select START -> PROGRAMS -> INBOXER OUTLOOK ADDIN -> EMAIL TECHNICAL SUPPORT as shown below: This is an excellent option because it automatically attaches critical log files that will help us understand the problem you are having.
