How do I get InBoxer to perform better?

InBoxer learns from you and will quickly become better as you teach it. How do you train InBoxer?

Review all the messages in the INBOXER-REVIEW folder often, particularly during the first week or two. Check each message and click either the KEEP icon, if it is not spam, or the BLOCK icon, if it is spam. Each click teaches InBoxer about your interests.

You may want to periodically look at the messages in the INBOXER-BLOCKED folder. If InBoxer ever makes a mistake, indicate this by pressing KEEP. InBoxer usually will not make the same mistake again. You may soon find, like many people, that you will not need to look in this folder very often.

		There are two ways to receive technical support for InBoxer: 1. Knowledge Base Search our entire site, including our extensive set of FAQs, for an immediate result anytime of the day or night. 2. Email support Use our built-in support system to directly contact our expert team. From Windows, select START -> PROGRAMS -> INBOXER OUTLOOK ADDIN -> EMAIL TECHNICAL SUPPORT as shown below: This is an excellent option because it automatically attaches critical log files that will help us understand the problem you are having.
