Where can I buy a CD?

We are able to keep license prices lower by not incurring the cost of packaging and disk duplication. However, you may purchase a back-up CD-ROM with InBoxer software at an additional cost from the InBoxer merchandise store. The CD contains the software only, you must still purchase a license to use it.

If you are unable to download InBoxer, please contact sales@inboxer.com so that we may provide assistance. If you wish to make a backup copy of your software, our license agreement specifically permits backup copies. Please read the license agreement for details.

		There are two ways to receive technical support for InBoxer: 1. Knowledge Base Search our entire site, including our extensive set of FAQs, for an immediate result anytime of the day or night. 2. Email support Use our built-in support system to directly contact our expert team. From Windows, select START -> PROGRAMS -> INBOXER OUTLOOK ADDIN -> EMAIL TECHNICAL SUPPORT as shown below: This is an excellent option because it automatically attaches critical log files that will help us understand the problem you are having.
