What is your upgrade policy?

All InBoxer licenses include free upgrades within the same major release. For example, if the current version of InBoxer for Outlook is 2.1 and you purchase it today, then there is no additional charge for any future InBoxer for Outlook 2.x releases (2.2, 2.3, and so on). When InBoxer 3.0 is released then you will have the option to upgrade at a discount off the regular price.


	Technical Support Options


		There are two ways to receive technical support for InBoxer: 1. Knowledge Base Search our entire site, including our extensive set of FAQs, for an immediate result anytime of the day or night. 2. Email support Use our built-in support system to directly contact our expert team. From Windows, select START -> PROGRAMS -> INBOXER OUTLOOK ADDIN -> EMAIL TECHNICAL SUPPORT as shown below: This is an excellent option because it automatically attaches critical log files that will help us understand the problem you are having.
