How can I tell if I have the latest version?

You may find out which version of InBoxer you are using by checking INBOXER -> HELP -> ABOUT INBOXER. In InBoxer 1.2, you can check for updates by using INBOXER -> HELP -> CHECK FOR UPDATES.

The current version of InBoxer is displayed prominently in the Products and Support sections of this website. You may download the current version update from Support.

In all versions, you can visit checkupdates.in-boxer.com.

From Windows, select START -> PROGRAMS -> INBOXER OUTLOOK ADDIN -> EMAIL TECHNICAL SUPPORT as shown below: This is an excellent option because it automatically attaches critical log files that will help us understand the problem you are having.
