How often should I review my InBoxer-Review?

It is recommended that you review your InBoxer-Review folder often, particularly when you first start to use InBoxer. The sooner you review these messages, the faster InBoxer will learn and the more accurate it will become. If you review the contents of InBoxer-Review often at the beginning, the system will learn faster and there will typically be fewer messages in the folder.


	Technical Support Options


		There are two ways to receive technical support for InBoxer: 1. Knowledge Base Search our entire site, including our extensive set of FAQs, for an immediate result anytime of the day or night. 2. Email support Use our built-in support system to directly contact our expert team. From Windows, select START -> PROGRAMS -> INBOXER OUTLOOK ADDIN -> EMAIL TECHNICAL SUPPORT as shown below: This is an excellent option because it automatically attaches critical log files that will help us understand the problem you are having.
