Spam is still slipping through InBoxer. Why is this happening?

If you have many messages in your InBoxer-Review folder that you have not reviewed, then InBoxer may not be learning your preferences. Review your folder and decide if you want each message, clicking "Block" or "Keep" on the toolbar to indicate your decision. It is also possible that if you did not use the recommended settings when setting up InBoxer, that some settings for training were not optimized. You can retrain the system by selecting "Advanced" and then "Setup Wizard" from the InBoxer menu. We recommend the "Express Setup" option which will let InBoxer use what it thinks is the best set of options for your system.

Email support Use our built-in support system to directly contact our expert team. From Windows, select START -> PROGRAMS -> INBOXER OUTLOOK ADDIN -> EMAIL TECHNICAL SUPPORT as shown below: This is an excellent option because it automatically attaches critical log files that will help us understand the problem you are having.
